Privacy policy

Effective September 12, 2026. This policy applies to Hangle: Hanging Balance Puzzle, published by No Worries! Lifestyle, LLC. It controls for Hangle if a general company policy says something different.

Information kept on the device

The app stores best scores, run counts, the chosen material set, whether the one-time rating prompt has been answered, and sound, haptics and motion preferences in a single local progress file in its app storage. It also stores purchase-access information received from Apple so it can determine whether optional paid content is available.

The game does not provide its own cloud save or cross-device sync. Your device's operating system may include app data in backups according to your Apple settings. Deleting the app removes its local app data from the device.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple processes optional subscriptions through the App Store. The app receives Apple's verified transaction and entitlement information to provide paid access. We do not receive payment-card details. Apple may provide the developer with App Store sales and financial reports under its own terms. Purchase, restoration, and subscription-management requests may require internet access.

Apple's handling of App Store information is described in Apple's privacy policy. The game itself can be played offline.

Ratings prompt

After a few completed runs the game may ask once whether you are enjoying it. Choosing Yes asks Apple to show its system rating sheet; choosing Not now dismisses the question permanently. We do not use gameplay information for advertising or track you across apps or websites.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive the sender's email address and anything included in the message. We use that information to answer the request and handle related support records. Support messages may be handled by our email provider. We keep correspondence only as needed to address the request and maintain required business records. You may ask us to delete information you sent by contacting the address below. We may retain information when required by law.

This website

These pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising, account forms, or tracking cookies. The website host may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and secure the pages. Following an external link opens a service governed by its own privacy policy.
